The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Nomadic People is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchange or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.

 

We work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while still getting your items to you in the most efficient and reliable way possible, and we appreciate your understanding.

Shipping prices are calculated based on real-time courier rates plus handling.

 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our products are proudly handmade to order by our workshop team here in South East London, UK. Due to the nature of our work, we do require up to 3-5 working days for production time on our smaller products and 7-10 working days on our bags. We will alert you if there may be any possible delays in production. Please refer to shipping details on individual products if you are purchasing multiple items -- lead times may vary for each. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

 

 

CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER?

We are happy to strive to be able to achieve custom orders, including personalization and embossing. Most customisations are able to be completed via our webstore. Please confirm Initials and any requirements during PayPal checkout or alternatively send requests via email to info@nomadic-people.com after completing checkout.

 

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

When we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that changes of address will not show up in the confirmation (but if we say we have processed them, we have, don’t worry), and tracking numbers will take up to 24 hours to update.

 

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER OR SHIPPING INFORMATION?

If you need to change your order or your shipping information, please email us immediately at info@nomadic-people.com so we can update your order. We may or may not be able to make the change, depending on how quickly you get in touch with us, but we will do our best. Please note, our system does not display updated shipping information in shipping-confirmation emails. If you have gotten in touch with us and we have confirmed that the change has gone through, don’t worry, the address we have is correct even if the email is wrong.
